First, if you're logged in to Salad, you'll need to logout. Find the "Account Page" listed under "Referrals," or "Reward Vault." Once there, you should see the logout button as pictured below.
From there, you should be prompted to the login screen - press "log in."
Afterwards, select the "Don'r remember your password?" link.
Then, enter your Salad signup email in the text field.
Once you do so, check your email for our reset password link. Follow the link.
Once there, you should see two text fields, one to write your new password and a second to confirm.
Make sure your new password has the following:
- At least 8 characters in length
- Contains 3 of the 4 following:
- Lowercase letters
- Uppercase letters
- Special Characters
For example: "password1" will not meet enough conditions, whereas "Passw0rd" will.
After you've reset the password, use the new password on the app login screen and you're good to go!
