Since our Offerwalls are third party integrations you will have to contact the specific offerwall provider for support. Before you message them, make sure that you've done the following:
- Have fulfilled all the requirements to complete the offer
- Checked the offer's wait time, some are instant - others take longer
Once you've verified that you should have received your reward but haven't yet, reach out to the offerwall support directly and they'll be able to help you claim your reward. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any further support on our end, as we do not control how points/balance are awarded by the offerwalls.
