If you have an issue with reward redemption that isn’t covered in this FAQ, then please fill out a support ticket and send your information to Salad Support. In this ticket, please include all relevant info, such as:
- Account email
- Email reward was sent to
- Reward redeemed
- Time and date redeemed
- Code received
And include any other info that might help us determine the source of the issue. Also, feel free to join our Discord server and ask other users about your problem. Chances are, you’re not the first to run into it and someone might be able to help you out.
