Store redemptions are automatic and usually immediate. If you have not received your reward after a full day, something may have gone wrong such as:
- Incorrectly typed email
- Reward email sent to spam
- Already-redeemed code sent on accident
If any of these occurs, or you experience another problem with your reward, please contact us as soon as possible on Discord or over Salad Support. We want to ensure that our users get the rewards they’ve chopped for in a timely manner.
